After M5 take the A38 to Plymouth. Stay on the A38 to toll road – Saltash Bridge. Free into Cornwall but you have to pay to leave Cornwall.At Carkeel Roundabout, take the second exit and stay on the A38. At the roundabout, Trerulefoot, take the first exit onto A374. Turn right onto the B3247 to Crafthole. At the mini roundabout in Crafthole take the first exit and stay on the B3247. Take a right to Whitesands. Follow the cliff road to Freathy, the first cluster of chalets on the road, where you will find Kingswood, the last property on the left hand side.
